Shipping and Delivery Time

Items are normally dispatched either the same day or by the next business day Monday to Friday. Items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Transit Time: Below are the transit times for different shipping options. Transit time is the time between leaving our warehouse and delivery to you. Transit time is calculated in Business Days (Monday-Friday).

 

Within Australia:

Orders are dispatched before 10:30am and 3.30pm AEDT Monday - Friday.

*If you: Select the Australia Post Express option, order before 10am AEDT and your address is located within the Australia Post Express Network; your order should get to you the Next business day. But we need to account for any potential delays from AUSTRALIA POST.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment confirmation with the tracking number via email once your items have been dispatched. You can track it here - https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search. If you did not receieve an email confirmation, you can either contact us or check the Order status page if you know your Order ID.


Within UK:

Sim Cards shipped to the UK

Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days once dispatched (Tracking Included) - $7.50


Within New Zealand:

Sim Cards shipped to New Zealand

Transit time: 3-5 Business Days once dispatched (Tracking Included) - $7.50


International Shipping:

Transit Time: 7-12 Business Days via International Airmail Post - $7. Please note: Airmail does not have tracking. If you would like a quote for international shipping with tracking and/or quicker service please email support@simcorner.com
