How to Activate this Europe Data sim card?

To activate the sim card all you need to do is insert the sim into your device and turn your device on. The sim will then automatically connect to the network, which will commence your 60 day plan. Please note, you will need to turn ON your DATA ROAMING function in your device before you can use the service.

International SIM cards requires your device to be unlocked, if you are unsure, please contact your service provider for more details.

Plans are subject to change without notice by the carrier but will do our best to inform you of any changes as soon as they arise.


How to recharge?

As this Europe Data sim card cannot be recharge, if you feel that you may require more than 12GB of data, you can purchase additional sim cards and then swap them over once your data runs out.

If you are travelling for longer than 60 days, you can purchase additional sim cards based on the duration of your travels. For example, if you are travelling for 6 months you can purchase 3 separate sim cards, and then swap them over at the end of the 60 day/2 Month period.

How do I track my Sim Card order?

You will receive a Shipment confirmation with the tracking number via email once your items have been dispatched. You can track it here - https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. If you did not receive an email confirmation, you can either contact us or check the Order status page if you know your Order ID.

How do I track my Travel Accessories order?

Travel Accessories shipped to New Zealand - Transit Time: 3-6 Business Days once dispatched (Tracking Included) - $40
